To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Consultant to lead and support enterprise-wide ServiceNow SPM implementations and transformation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, PMO teams, enterprise architects, and technical teams to design and implement scalable portfolio, project, demand, resource, and agile management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Job Description:

  • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer PMO, portfolio management, and governance processes.

  • Design and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

  • Configure and support Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile Development / SAFe, Resource Management, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, and Financial Planning.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and user stories.

  • Collaborate with technical architects and developers for integrations, workflows, and automation.

  • Drive solution design, estimation, implementation planning, and deployment activities.

  • Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.

  • Conduct executive demos, stakeholder presentations, and solution walkthroughs.

  • Provide advisory services on PMO transformation, governance, and process optimization.

  • Support post-production enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow SPM / PPM solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Portfolio Management, Project Management, Agile Methodologies, Resource Planning, and Financial Tracking.

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration including Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs, IntegrationHub, Reports, and Dashboards.

  • Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.

  • Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM)

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification preferred

  • Experience with ITBM to SPM migration projects

  • Knowledge of integrations with Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise tools

  • Experience working in consulting or professional services organizations
