To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow application development, integrations, workflows, and platform customization to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.

  • Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.

  • Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Flow Designer automations, and portals.

  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and deployment support.

  • Support integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  • Maintain platform governance, coding standards, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM modules.

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and SDLC processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

  • Experience working in Agile environments
