Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and transformation initiatives. The architect will work closely with executive stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Job Description:
- Lead architecture and solution design for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Define platform strategy, governance, scalability, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and AI initiatives.
- Design integrations, data models, security frameworks, and automation strategies.
- Review and approve technical designs, customizations, and development standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and executive presentations.
- Mentor developers and consultants on ServiceNow architecture and implementation best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience including enterprise architecture responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and multi-module implementations.
- Experience with integrations, CMDB, security architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
- ServiceNow CIS certifications across multiple modules
