Job Description:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable configurations within the ServiceNow SPM framework.
  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SPM modules (Project Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, etc.) to enhance project and portfolio management processes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap for the SPM platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Manage integrations between ServiceNow SPM and other ServiceNow applications to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards that provide insights into project health, resource allocation, and overall portfolio performance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow SPM, offering guidance and support to internal teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow SPM features and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on the SPM suite (Project Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, etc.).
  • Proven track record in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
  • Deep understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow SPM) are a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration tools and APIs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
