We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow SPM professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and managing our ServiceNow SPM solution, ensuring it aligns with our strategic objectives and drives business value.
Role Description:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable configurations within the SPM framework.
- Design, configure, and customize the ServiceNow SPM modules (Project Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, etc.) to optimize project and portfolio management processes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap for the SPM platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage integrations between SPM and other ServiceNow applications for seamless data flow.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into project health, resource allocation, and overall portfolio performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow SPM, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow SPM features and best practices
Qualification:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on the SPM suite of products (Project Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, etc.)
- Proven experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.
- In-depth understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis tools is a plus
