Job Description:
- Administer and configure ServiceNow platforms, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications.
Support ServiceNow domains, including configuration for SLAs, reporting, and automation workflows.
Customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macros, Jelly scripting, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and process improvements.
Utilize web development technologies such as AngularJS, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS to enhance user interfaces.
Work within Agile/SCRUM methodologies to manage tasks, sprints, and releases effectively.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (mandatory).
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and customization techniques.
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Jelly) and UI customization (UI Pages, Macros).
Experience with web technologies like AngularJS, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS.
Familiarity with ServiceNow domain structures, SLA setups, and reporting frameworks.
Understanding of Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functional teams and support full application lifecycle.
Day in the Life of a ServiceNow Developer
As a ServiceNow Developer at IZT, your day revolves around designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions across various ServiceNow modules. You work closely with process managers and admins to automate workflows, gather user requirements, and build seamless integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP. You support key ITIL processes like CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change, while providing technical leadership across teams. With at least 3 years of enterprise-level experience, you play a vital role in optimizing ServiceNow functionality and driving process efficiency across the organization.
