To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
- 4(+) years of direct experience managing all phases of software Implementation project lifecycle.
- Exposure to managing multiple simultaneous projects and cross team dependencies.
- Managed projects of $250,000 USD with 3+ team members on projects over 3 months in duration.
- Managed people from different countries and with various cultural backgrounds – international
- experience preferred.
- Able to demonstrate experience in IT Service Management and Cloud Computing Domains.
- Customer relationship management – influencing, conflict resolution, problem solving,
- negotiating – advanced level
- Organization, time management – advanced level
- Attention to detail – advanced level
- Business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills – advanced level
- Interpersonal and coordination skills – advanced level

- Alignment with Customer Needs: Understands and can articulate how BMC solutions align with the customer’s needs.
- Positive Feedback and Trust: Receives positive customer feedback, leads project teams that inspire trust and confidence, and cultivates satisfied, repeat customers.
- Effective Communication and Risk Mitigation: Communicates and orchestrates actions effectively for project success, including proactively mitigating risks. Complies with project cadence and approves team reports.
- Relationship Building and Skill Development: Builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, continuously improves skills, and identifies new business opportunities with customers.
