To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and transformation initiatives. The architect will work closely with executive stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Job Description:

  • Lead architecture and solution design for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

  • Define platform strategy, governance, scalability, and best practices.

  • Provide technical leadership across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and AI initiatives.

  • Design integrations, data models, security frameworks, and automation strategies.

  • Review and approve technical designs, customizations, and development standards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives.

  • Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and executive presentations.

  • Mentor developers and consultants on ServiceNow architecture and implementation best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience including enterprise architecture responsibilities.

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and multi-module implementations.
  • Experience with integrations, CMDB, security architecture, and cloud technologies.

  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred

  • ServiceNow CIS certifications across multiple modules
