Job Description

Your responsibilities will focus on system analysis, solution design, and enterprise platform architecture:

  • Analyze business and technical requirements for enterprise clients

  • Design and architect ServiceNow-based solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, IRM

  • Develop system integration strategies with enterprise platforms

  • Evaluate existing IT systems and recommend improvements

  • Provide recommendations on system improvements, digital transformation, and automation

  • Support AI-driven solutions and workflow automation initiatives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system designs

  • Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering and over 10+ years of experience in system analysis, enterprise consulting, and ServiceNow implementations.
