Job Description
Your responsibilities will focus on system analysis, solution design, and enterprise platform architecture:
Analyze business and technical requirements for enterprise clients
Design and architect ServiceNow-based solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, IRM
Develop system integration strategies with enterprise platforms
Evaluate existing IT systems and recommend improvements
Provide recommendations on system improvements, digital transformation, and automation
