Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform across various modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including ITSM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM.
Develop and manage integrations with third-party tools and systems using IntegrationHub Spokes and Scripted REST APIs.
Act as a technical consultant, owning the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Provide technical expertise and ServiceNow best practices for effective application development and platform customization.
Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery of quality solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Technical Consultant.
Hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing modules such as ITSM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods including Spokes, Scripted REST APIs, and other web service technologies.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement effective solutions.
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) are preferred.

A day in the life of a ServiceNow Lead typically begins with reviewing project updates, emails, and platform notifications to stay informed about ongoing incidents, change requests, or development tasks. Around mid-morning, they usually participate in a daily scrum or team sync-up meeting where they coordinate with developers, business
analysts, and project managers to discuss priorities, timelines, and any blockers. As a lead, they not only contribute to solution design and architecture but also mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices. Much of their day involves working on configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform—whether it’s
ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom applications—translating business requirements into scalable workflows, automations, and integrations.
The afternoon might involve stakeholder meetings to gather requirements or present progress, followed by quality checks and deployment planning. Throughout the day, they engage with various teams, manage
platform performance and ensure governance and compliance. Their role balances deep technical expertise with leadership and strategic input, driving both innovation and stability on the ServiceNow platform.
